2023 Vintage: Rich notes of ripe black fruit and grenadine, making it quite rich yet fresh and smooth. The wine has a higher density, and like the Chardonnay cuvée, the dynamic changes after opening are exciting.

From 30-year-old Pinot Noir vines grown in organic and biodynamic vineyards on clay-limestone and marl soils. Whole-bunch fermentation with semi-carbonic maceration. No added SO2 or cultured yeast during fermentation. Aged for 18 months in barrels (30% new oak). No fining or filtering before bottling. High quality standard of Domaine de la Cras.
