“Nature” in Vin et Saké Nature does not refer to what is generally called natural wine. We use this term to convey our pursuit of the essence of wine and Japanese sake. If we may rephrase it slightly, it would be "Le vin, le saké et leur nature profonde = Wine, sake, and their true nature".

We do not engage in brokerage or consignment, and we do not operate as mere commodity traders. Every wine and sake we offer comes directly from the producers, ensuring clear provenance and integrity (Some items may be supplied by official importers in Hong Kong). There is no ambiguity in our sourcing, so you can enjoy each bottle with complete confidence in its authenticity and condition.
We deeply respect the great classics, while continuing our pursuit of the “truth of wine and sake” alongside dedicated producers and passionate drinkers. We remain independent in spirit—free from conventions, stereotypes, and unnecessary noise. We simply share what we believe in and what we love to drink, always guided by quality and sincerity.
We support biodynamic farming, permaculture, and the artisanal ethos of vignerons and natural producers. Through our work, we hope to contribute to the wider appreciation and growth of this natural movement.
Our Approach to the Environment
At Vin et Saké Nature, we believe in real action rather than grand labels. Together with the dedicated wine and sake producers we collaborate with, we work based on deep principles of environmental respect and true sustainability.
We know it is not easy to achieve zero waste completely, but we always start with concrete, small steps—such as actively reusing cardboard boxes and packing materials for our deliveries.
To be frank, we are skeptical of schemes like SDGs, green business, and carbon trading; to us, they often border on hypocrisy. We believe that morality, ethics, and conscience should neither be packaged as commodities nor exploited for gain. Instead, true change happens when each individual acts quietly on their own good sense.
