B417 FREDERIC COSSARD VdF SUPER PINK CINSAULT ROSE 2023 750ml

A perennial favorite rosé. Among our customers, it’s a classic choice to bring along to beach gatherings and boat parties. The color is pale, but it's so dense that you can feel the viscosity. It has a pleasant bitterness like pink grapefruit, and also a flavor like peach. The sweetness of ripe fruit, which becomes especially noticeable in the latter half, blends together into a feeling of bliss, like a tropical cocktail. In the South of France, the Cinsault grape variety is often used for rosé wine, but this is the only Cinsault we've ever had like this.
