This wine is made from grapes from the lieu-dit Voitte, located on the lower part of the slopes extending toward the 1er Cru Clavoillon in the center of the Puligny-Montrachet appellation. Depending on the vintage, the label may indicate the name Voitte, but in 2023, since a small amount of grapes from other lieu-dit was blended in, the label simply states Puligny-Montrachet. The vinification and aging are carried out in egg-shaped concrete tanks introduced after the removal of wooden barrels, expressing pure fruit flavours and aromas.
