Over 45 years old vine Pinot Noirs from Paris l’Hôpital in Haute Côte de Beaune of dark sandy Granit. As the sandy steep slopes are prone to erosion, the middle of the rows are all year no-till. Floral with bouquets of dark red fruits. Very fine tannins with racy acidity. Complex and structured. Dense yet lifted.

The nose is fresh with delicate fruit. The texture is silky. The tannins are present but well rounded. Beautiful aromatic complexity, with notes of fresh and whole clusters. (by Chanterêves)
