B205 LA FERME DE LA SANSONNIERE VdF LES GELINETTES 2021 750ml

Les Gélinettes is something of an outlier within the range at La Sansonnière. As the only red wine they produce, it is concentrated and complex, with layered notes of fruit and spice. The wine is made from Grolleau Noir.

The 2021 vintage saw a production of 2,403 bottles and was released in 2023. For this release, Mark and Martial Angéli chose a more minimalist label. Previously, detailed information—such as residual sugar, yields, SO₂ levels, and Demeter certification—was indicated on the label. These specifications are no longer listed, nor is the grape variety.

That said, this is not a significant concern, as the domaine’s philosophy and practices are already well understood.
