Bigotes is a great natural wine classic, made from Chardonnay from the Puligny-Montrachet area, near Volnay and Pommard. The age of the vines is 55 years. Frédéric Cossard produces wine exclusively from old vines. The fruit and mineral characteristics are well-balanced at a high level. The 2020 vintage is well matured today; it's the perfect time to uncork.

Immediately after opening, it emits bouquet and has quite a soft impression, but as time passes, it gains freshness and lively tension. People often describe Cossard's wines as Vin Vivant, and indeed, this Bigotes 2020 truly embodies that.
