In 2019, it was once again bottled separately under the name Coteau du Houet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile Bonnezeaux is typically associated with sweet wines made from botrytized grapes, Sansonnière’s Coteau du Houet is more restrained in sweetness. When the 2019 vintage was first announced, it was described as sweet; however, in reality, it is not as sweet as one might expect.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe 2019 is a pure nectar, made without the addition of SO₂.
